01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and cb444 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all access to and use of the cb444 website, mobile interface, games, promotions and support services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of cb444, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, contact number and a valid payment method.
• You must ensure that your use of cb444 does not violate any applicable local obligations or personal commitments.

03 Account Rules

Your cb444 account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account login credentials. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You must keep your password secure and must not share login details with any other person.
• You must notify cb444 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Your account details — particularly your registered name and date of birth — must match the details on the payment methods linked to your account. Mismatches may delay withdrawal processing.
• cb444 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to another person.
• Account balances are denominated entirely in PKR. Funds held in your cb444 wallet do not earn interest and are not treated as a banking deposit.
• cb444 reserves the right to carry out periodic account reviews and may request updated information at any time to maintain account integrity.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to cb444 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit/credit cards. Mobile wallets are also accepted through supported channels.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit in your account dashboard.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your cb444 wallet within 2–10 minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take longer to process depending on your bank's clearing schedule.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and any such deposit may result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.
• cb444 does not charge a processing fee for standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cb444 bears no responsibility.
• In the event of a failed deposit where funds have left your payment account but have not been credited to cb444, please contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not make a second deposit until the first has been resolved.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your cb444 account are processed in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where that method supports payouts. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account withdrawal section. Requests below the minimum will not be processed.
• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed. This includes identity confirmation and, where required, confirmation of your payment method.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on your bank.
• cb444 reserves the right to carry out enhanced checks on withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds as part of standard security procedures. This may extend processing times temporarily.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as your cb444 account. Payouts to third-party accounts are not permitted.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

cb444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, PSL and cricket-season specials and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific conditions displayed at the time the promotion is live:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and time limits are stated on each promotion page.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses may only be used on games within the Slots category. Live Casino and certain other game types may be excluded from bonus wagering — check the offer terms for details.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household and per payment method is permitted. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes abuse and will result in the bonus being voided.
• cb444 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already met its conditions, any qualifying reward already credited to your account will remain valid.
• Bonuses credited in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error or system issue — do not belong to the player and will be removed from the account without notice.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

cb444 offers a range of game categories including Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games and Bingo. Each game category and individual title operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. General fair play principles that apply across all game types are as follows:

• All game outcomes on cb444 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of Live Casino titles, by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by professional dealers on live-streamed tables.
• Players must not use any software, script, bot, exploit or external tool to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, cb444's system will attempt to complete or void the round according to the specific game's disconnection policy. cb444 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• If a technical error or malfunction affects the outcome of a game, cb444 reserves the right to void the affected game round. Any stakes placed on a voided round will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for Slots and other applicable games are theoretical long-term averages. Individual sessions may vary significantly from the stated RTP.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cb444 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or funding your account with funds obtained through fraudulent activity.
• Colluding with other players in any game to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotional conditions.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games or complete wagering requirements.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction through your payment provider after the funds have been used for gameplay.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing cb444 staff or other players through any communication channel.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

cb444 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or account inactivity.

• If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including bonus funds and associated winnings — may be forfeited in full.
• If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at your own request or due to a responsible gaming self-exclusion), your verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard processing checks.
• Accounts that show no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months are considered inactive. cb444 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts after the inactivity period and will attempt to notify the account holder before doing so.

10 Privacy & Data
